Carbon Literacy Training for Automotive

We want to help everyone in automotive get started on their sustainability journey. The best way to do this is through education.

Therefore, with the kind help of Auto Trader, we will be holding monthly open training sessions for any one working in the automotive sector to get trained in Carbon Literacy.

These courses will use the Automotive Toolkit, a Carbon Literacy course designed specifically for the automotive sector. Focusing specifically on the solutions which can be put in place to help the low-carbon transformation of transport.

The sessions will run as two half days from 9:30am to 13:30pm over consecutive days. Fear not, this is not like any training you would normally attend. The sessions are focussed around discussions, activities, and pledging your own personal actions for how you will continue your sustainability journey. At the end of the session you will be in a position to be certified as Carbon Literate!

This is a fantastic opportunity to not only begin your own low-carbon journey, but to discover how your organisation can get involved too.

The Automotive Toolkit is available free of charge to anyone in the automotive industry. Education of the workforce is one of the simplest and most effective ways to create a low-carbon business.
