This year, The Caring Family Foundation, in collaboration with The Birley Clubs, is proud to present an enchanting Festive Wonderland at The Dorchester on Sunday 24th November.

Members are invited to a champagne reception with canapés in the Ballroom, and there will be an array of festive activities for children:

• Gingerbread village
• Friendly life-size polar bear in a wintry Arctic scene
• Christmas children’s show
• George ice cream machine with festive toppings
• Interactive giant snow globe
• Arcade games

All proceeds from the Festive Wonderland will support The Caring Family Foundation's vital efforts to help those in need through our annual Food From The Heart campaign, which this year is in partnership with The Felix Project.

On the day, we invite you to bring gifts which will be donated to Surrey Square Primary School and other TCFF Charity Partners, and given to those children facing challenges this Christmas. Together, we can create a brighter holiday for those who truly need it.

Terms & Conditions
Please note this is a performance experience and the session will start promptly at 12pm and we would recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to the start as we are unable to alter start times to allow for late arrivals.

Tickets purchased are only valid for the session for which they were booked and we will be unable to rearrange this for an alternative session time.

Parents & guardians must supervise children within their group at all times and adults must be accompanied by a child. Single adults will not be admitted.

Ticket prices are exclusive of booking and transaction fees.

Once your booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. You will receive one QR code per person. Please have this confirmation and QR code ready to show when you arrive.

Invitations to this event are only valid for Members of The Birley Clubs and cannot be shared or booked by those without an active Membership.

Photography
Please be advised that professional photography and videography will be taking place throughout the 90-minute experience. If you or your family members prefer not to be filmed, please notify the team upon your arrival. Anyone who wishes to opt out will be given a gold sticker at check-in, to ensure they do not feature in any final footage.
