Get A Sustainability Plan
You’ll leave the workshop with a plan of action that will help you win more clients with a compelling sustainability story, making sure your business is doing the right thing at the same time. This will go beyond just surviving as a business, but thriving as a leader in a low carbon economy.
The actions you’ll leave with will help you save money too, with some simple actions such as how to save electricity, cut transport costs and improve recycling.
We’ve made the process fun and simple - giving you the tools to take control of your sustainability strategy. By looking at 6 key areas of your business, you’ll get an understanding of which area to focus on.
Grow Your Business
During the session, you’ll meet other like-minded businesses who have made changes just like you. Together you’ll discover new ideas to build a better business and have an expert facilitator on hand to guide you and answer any questions you might have.
Consumers and businesses alike want to buy from businesses who are doing the right thing - but to do so they need to know what you’re doing! As part of this workshop you’ll leave with a clear plan of the things you have achieved already in your business to talk to clients and customers about. Make sustainability your USP and tell a sustainability story that wins you more customers!
Meet Net Zero Requirements
The workshop aligns with Net Zero requirements and will give you a plan to reduce emissions by 50% by 2030, and understand the key language between carbon neutrality and net zero.
In the workshop you’ll use the Small99™ Estimator to get a rough idea of your organisation's carbon footprint and where the biggest carbon emissions come from. From here, you will choose a set of reduction actions to take to accelerate you on your journey.
Accredited
The workshop is an accredited CPD workshop too, and you’ll get a certificate at the end to demonstrate the commitment to your sustainability journey.

What Businesses like yours have said
The CRAB workshop was brilliant! Took a subject that I found quite overwhelming and broke it down into manageable chunks that were easy to understand and digest. Inspirational!
I found the workshop hugely insightful, especially comparing where I thought the highest emissions for my business come from to where they actually do! It's a brilliant starting point for building your carbon reduction plan, taking away the scary element of not knowing where to begin or how to find the important info!
The workshop was super helpful and widened my understanding of climate reduction while providing realistic options for our organisation.
The facilitator talked through the various aspects of the plan, helped provide knowledge and has given me confidence to know we are on the right journey towards Net Zero. The workshop wasn't full of jargon and I would certainly recommend.
It was so practical and actionable, and the conversations it so easily and naturally sparked were amazingly positive! something that feels very daunting and intimidating to a lot of people, this made it feel very do-able!
I love how the workshop almost effortlessly helped people to recognise what they'd already done (which we're all very quick to forget!) and so naturally sparked so many great conversations with people sharing their own ideas and experiences.
