This month we would like to welcome Francesca McDowall. Francesca is a Leadership and Public Speaking Coach and is the Director of Elevate Coaching and Consultancy Ltd. Holding an MA in Coaching & Mentoring and a BSc in Psychology Francesca works with individuals and organisations to facilitate growth and progress through coaching, mentoring, speaking and training. Francesca has authored 7 books and has been mentoring for over 15 years; recently receiving two awards for the work that she does. She is very passionate about developing individuals to achieve their personal goals, start their businesses and become confident public speakers. In her spare time Francesca enjoys walks, travelling and spa days.

In this session, Francesca will run a mini interactive and practical workshop on the "Power of your Personal Story" and share; 

- Why storytelling is great for networking 

- Developing your personal story 

- Tips for growing in confidence with Public Speaking

All proceeds will be donated to the Chiltern Centre for disabled young adults.
