People Have the Power - Open Rehearsal
Choir with No Name Brighton invites you to 'People Have the Power' - a very special open rehearsal, where we're singing uplifting pop songs together that sing for change. Buying a ticket in advance supports us financially to keep putting on our rehearsals, and open rehearsals. Thank you!
What is the Choir with No Name?
We are a choir for people impacted by homelessness and other forms of marginalisation. We rehearse weekly, and perform throughout the year - including our big Christmas singalong at Brighton dome.
What is it?
An open rehearsal is your chance to join us for the evening and see what the Choir with No Name Brighton is all about. It's a joyful evening of singing and laughing with our friendly + welcoming choir; a chance to dip your toes into singing; and a moment to belt your heart side by side with our amazing members. We teach you how to sing an uplifting song in harmony, and perform you one. There will be hot drinks and cake + biscuits available, too.
Who’s it for?
EVERYONE - these sessions are for everyone to attend from potential members to diehard fans Bring a friend (or five!).
Pay it forward
We know that whilst some people will simply not be able to afford to take part, others will and will be keen to support us. Therefore we try and offer a scalable ticketing system allowing people to pay what they can. We suggest £5 as fair contribution and offer a chance for people to add a donation to their ticket which helps supplement the cost for those who are not able to contribute financially at this time
