SOLSTICE BREATHWORK & TEA CEREMONY (CO-ED) - December 20 2026

This session will include a full breathwork journey followed by a tea ceremony.

First, we will be using a 2 part breath to open up our emotions, allow stuck energy to move, and open the heart. The breathwork will be followed by a tea ceremony where we ground back into the body, settle, and sit with whatever came up during the breathwork.

This session will be co-facilitated by Andrew & Carolina and will be limited to 8 participants.

Breathwork

Conscious Connected Breathing is a form of intentional breathing that allows the individual to shift their physiological state. In this state you may experience feelings of bliss, increased self-awareness, valuable insight, emotional release, and a deep sense of connection with the world and others in it.

Tea Ceremony

A tea ceremony is a quiet invitation to return to the present moment. Rooted in the Way of Tea (Cha Dao), this contemplative practice invites us to slow down, awaken the senses, and experience the simple act of sharing tea with presence and reverence. In the stillness, we create space for reflection, connection, and a deeper awareness of ourselves, one another, and the natural world. Here, there is nothing to achieve or become, only the practice of simply being present with what is.

The ceremony is held in silence, allowing tea, breath, and presence to become the shared language of the experience.
