On September 27th , we're bringing together the deeply restful power of Yoga Nidra and the energetic healing of Reiki for a truly special Sunday afternoon at KIN Studio in Crystal Palace. 

Yoga Nidra requires absolutely no movement — you simply lie down, close your eyes, and surrender into a state of deep conscious rest. With a wealth of proven health benefits, it's one of the most powerful and accessible healing practices available to anyone, regardless of age or experience. This is a full mind and body experience focused on deep rest and Reiki healing to support the nervous system, guided by skilled practitioners, in a warm and welcoming space.

Spaces are strictly limited, and they will go fast. You'll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at peace. Whether you're running on empty, carrying stress you can't shake, or simply craving a rare Sunday afternoon to truly switch off — this was made for you.

What should I bring? 

The studio has everything you need: mats, blankets, bolster cushions and eye pillows. Please bring 

• Water bottle,  
• Pillow or cushion for your head. 
• If you prefer, bring your favourite blanket and an eye mask. 
• You are of course welcome to bring an additional mat for extra comfort. 

Please arrive at 3.20 pm to set up your space. We will start promptly at 3.30pm. Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the start, we kindly ask that you do not enter the space. Late arrivals can disturb the flow, safety, and sense of trust within the group.
Our time together is precious, and beginning together supports deep relaxation and care for everyone present.
