Social media is a really important and useful tool to help you shout about what you're doing for Great Big Green Week, and beyond - from using it to promote your events, get people involved in organising something locally, or just spreading the word!

That’s why we’ve teamed up with the Local Storytelling Exchange to run this session to equip you with some fundamental knowledge and tools to help you use social media effectively - from how to produce your own event flyers to making the most out of different social media platforms like Facebook.

The Local Storytelling Exchange works with individuals, communities, organisations and businesses across the UK working to build a future that is better for the environment and for society. They shine a spotlight on their stories, sharing them widely across local, regional, and national media, digital channels and offline events to show how everyday people are taking action together for good - for our climate, our nature, our communities and our shared future.

We'll be sharing a more detailed agenda soon, so watch this space!
