This technical focused workshop is for players and coaches that want to have a good understanding of the shots from the back of the court. While the focus is technique, there will be an element of tactics as we focus on the game situation and intention with each shot. This is aimed at players that want to improve their level of performance either for their own padel level or to have a better understanding of how to coach these elements. The exercises we use in this workshop can be used for your own training or can be ideas for your own coaching lessons.
