AI Workshop for Law Enforcement

AI is transforming the criminal justice system. This 8-hour course equips law enforcement professionals both sworn and civilian with essential knowledge and skills to navigate the challenges of AI.

This 8-hour workshop will teach sworn and non-sworn personnel the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, real applications that impact law enforcement, the challenges and ethical considerations, and learn how to leverage AI for success.

Students do not need to understand computer programming and will receive 8 hours of POST credit. 

About the speaker-

Chief Mark Cheatham is a highly respected law enforcement executive, an academic expert, and the founder of The Code of Command. With 28 years of distinguished service, including his current role as Chief of Police in Acworth, Georgia, Chief Cheatham possesses unparalleled insight into the real-world operational and ethical challenges facing modern policing. He has been asked to speak for numerous organizations including the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police, the Alabama Chiefs Association, the Association of Gov't Attorneys in Capital Litigation, the Georgia Bureau of Investigations, the Florida State Attorney's Office, the Prosecuting Attorney's Council of Oklahoma, the Prosecuting Attorney's Council of Georgia, Georgia Gang Investigators Association, the FBI NA (Alabama Chapter, Georgia Chapter), the Alabama Sheriff's Association, the Prosecuting Attorney's Council of Oklahoma, and many more.
