The Comedy Cornershop is thrilled to announce that South African comedy sensation Prev Reddy will be bringing his uproarious, heartfelt show, Prev Reddy is a Triple Threat, to London for the very first time.

This highly anticipated performance, which has already garnered rave reviews from audiences.

Born and raised in Durban, South Africa – often called "Little India" due to its rich Indian cultural influence – Prev Reddy is no stranger to the spotlight. Having shot to fame with his now-retired alter ego, Aunty Shamilla, Reddy became a global comedy phenomenon, performing his beloved character in cities from Dubai to the UK. But now, it's Prev Reddy the man who’s taking center stage. A SAFTA-winning actor, Reddy’s impressive career includes standout roles in Netflix’s Miseducation and The Honeymoon on Prime, as well as a string of accolades including the prestigious Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Award for African Social Star of the Year in 2020. He also earned the SAFTA18 Best Actor in a TV Comedy award.

In 2024, Prev debuted his solo comedy show, Prev Reddy is a Triple Threat, which blends his love of performance, stand-up, and storytelling into a hilarious exploration of his coming-of-age journey. The show follows Reddy’s evolution from a young boy growing up in post-apartheid South Africa to embracing his true self as the first openly Indian, queer comic in his home country.
