Continuing their brilliant run of The Reel to Real - Crowdwork Tour from 2022, Abishek Kumar and Nirmal Pillai are coming back to London with an even more fun and interactive show, only to make you laugh harder.

Abishek Kumar:

With the knack of high energy performances and jokes that will leave you cackling, Abishek Kumar won the titles of Amazon Prime Video’s Comicstaan Tamil and LOL Tamil. During the lockdown, he became a household name thanks to the character "Mrs. Janaki" that he created using an animoji in his short form videos on Instagram and YouTube - a school teacher who made observations in her own household and the world around her. Based in Chennai, he is one of the most celebrated and relatable voices down south and beyond.

Recently concluded his second sold out Crowdwork Tour with Nirmal Pillai, Abishek has sold out shows across the country and beyond, with their recent shows in London and Dublin In addition, you can also catch him in movies and web series such as Oh Mana Penne, (2021), Hey Sinamika (2021) and 3BHK (2022) and Driver Jamuna (2022)

Nirmal Pillai:

Nirmal Pillai stands as one of the most promising creators and live performers in the country in today's time. He creates wholesome, relatable content and delivers each with a unique standpoint with his eccentric humor and melodramatic treatment. Recognising a grey state of being a Chennai bred and a Malayali at heart, who is now based out of Bangalore, his lens is for the cultures is peculiar and his narratives thrive on simplicity.

He was recognised in the Instagram’s official list of 25 Under 25 Influencers 2021 and made it top 5 of Forbes 100 Digital Star 2022. He also ventured into Crowd Work Comedy with Abishek Kumar and had a sold out tour in India, Dubai, London and Dublin.. He acted in APV’s original anthology called Putham Pudhu Kaalai and is now working on Balaji Mohan’s undisclosed movie. He also released his first non fiction Youtube Show called the ‘The Parotta Act’.
