The Health Edit

Sat 19 Sep 2026 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Booths Park, WA16 8GS

Join us for a feel-good day of movement, music, learning and community at our outdoor wellbeing festival.

Designed to inspire healthier, happier living, the festival brings together local fitness instructors, wellbeing practitioners, expert speakers, musicians, community businesses and families for a fun, welcoming day out. Whether you're looking to try something new, discover practical health tips, enjoy live entertainment or simply connect with others, there's something for everyone.

More than just a festival, this event celebrates the power of small, positive lifestyle changes that can support long-term health and wellbeing. Through movement, education and shared experiences, we hope to inspire people of all ages to look after both their body and mind.

The festival was inspired by the experiences of families affected by Alzheimer's, with a mission to raise awareness of the importance of brain health and preventative wellbeing. As a not-for-profit community event, every ticket helps support Alzheimer's research and organisations working to improve brain health, including a focus on women's brain health.

Come along, bring your friends and family, and enjoy a day filled with energy, connection and inspiration while supporting a meaningful cause.
