Join us in the Easter holidays to learn to be a chocolatier and pastry chef, with next-level skills to get professional results. This class is ideal for those who want to learn to elevate their cooking and who would enjoy creating intricate designs. You would:

  • Learn to temper chocolate, decorate and fill professional chocolate moulds and create delicious fillings.
  • Design and make your own unique decorated small chocolate easter egg and filled chocolate bunnies.
  • Create some delicious Easter-themed cake pops.

While your chocolates and cake pops are setting, sit back and enjoy a delicious hot chocolate and some freshly baked cookies. Then you can package everything up to either gift to others or enjoy yourself.

Note: This class is suitable for vegetarians. Due to the time available and to maximise the things you learn, we may prepare some elements in advance for you (e.g. preparing the base cake for use in the cake pops). For this class it is not possible however to accommodate allergies due to the nature of the workshop. The chocolate used will contain milk and may contain soy. While the chocolate does not contain nuts, it is not certified nut-free and therefore is not suitable for those with a nut allergy. The cake pops contain milk, eggs and wheat.
