Ages 8-16 years: Italian-inspired recipes
Spend the morning immersing yourself in the world of Italian flavours and cookery techniques before sitting down to eat your creations as lunch with the group. Learn to make three delicious Italian-inspired dishes: Lasagne, caprese salad and garlic bread, and vanilla panna cotta.
Note: This class can be made suitable for vegetarians (please make that clear on your booking form). Due to the time available and to maximise the things you learn, we may prepare some elements in advance for you (e.g. preparing the first rise of the dough for the garlic bread).
