Adults: Chocolate-making evening workshop
Do you love chocolate? Want to make your own chocolate treats in time for Easter or just make your very own viral chocolate bar? You would:
- Learn to temper chocolate, decorate and fill professional chocolate moulds and create delicious fillings.
- Design and make your own unique decorated small chocolate easter egg, mini chocolate bars, and large loaded Easter egg half. Learn to make a variety of fillings including a caramel, a marshmallow fluff, a chocolate ganache and a delicious pistachio cream.
- Package everything up to either gift to others or enjoy yourself.
While your chocolates are setting, sit back and enjoy a delicious hot chocolate (or tea or coffee!) and some warm, freshly-baked cookies. BYOB welcome.
Note: This class is suitable for vegetarians. Due to the time available and to maximise the things you learn, we may prepare some elements in advance for you but we will always demonstrate the steps. For this class it is not possible to accommodate guest with specific allergies due to the nature of the workshop. The chocolate used will contain milk and may contain soy. While the chocolate used does not contain nuts, it is not certified nut-free and therefore is not suitable for those with a nut allergy.
