Learn to make your own fresh pasta! Spend the morning learning to make a silky smooth egg-based pasta dough then explore all the different possibilities. From making tagliatelle to making filled ravioli and tortellini. You will learn to make a classic pesto, a tomato sauce, and a carbonara. Then you will sit down to enjoy feasting on all your creations for lunch.
