Description

These sessions are a nice mindful way to start the day (or end or have a break, depending on your timezone). In the morning sessions we will do meditation, movement and breathing exercises. Or whatever I feel inspired to guide in that moment:)

During the session, you don't have to look at a screen (before we start you can enable your camera to say hello)

The session will be open from 7:20. We will start 7:30 and end at 8:00.

What do you need?

  • Wear comfortable clothes (pyjama is fine)
  • Some of the exercises we will do lying down or sitting. If you are not used to sit/lie on the ground a (yoga)mat and (meditation) pillow can be nice.
  • A place where you don't get disturbed with good enough internet connection
