Once a month, Douwe van den Berg will guide a WHM breathing session.

These sessions are for people that are already familiair with the basic WHM breathing. 

In the sessions, you will meditate, move and have a guided whm breathing session. The focus of each breathing session is different, so that you can deepen your understanding and practice of the WHM breathing. There will of course also be room for questions and sharing.

Optionally, you can aferwards join the Icebathing in the heiliger see. This event starts at 11:00
