In this forest experience we explore our inner and outer nature. 

Through playful interaction we create a better understanding of ourselves and our surroundings.

Depending on the weather, season and people, the program will differ. Some themes that will often come by are:

• Meditation
• Movement
• Gathering edible plants and mushroooms
• Playfully training our senses
• Increasing our awareness of ourselves and our surroundings
