A Jazz, Funk and Soul Weekender held in the luxurious Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa. We can confirm we have continued access to Exclusive use of the whole hotel for this event! and can provide the weekend experience once again for nearly 350 people. Soul, Funk and Jazz in 3 rooms, all located on one floor, & YES, the Alternative (Trinity Suite) room even has its own bar!, plus the Hotel Reception Main (Rycote/Terrace) bar from 5pm to 9pm Sunday evening, and of course our Dining Eclectic Musical Selections in the The Rycote Restaurant on Friday and Saturday evenings.The hotel will be offering 10% discount on House Spirits, Soft drinks, Wine and Draught Beer and Lager in the bars. And YES, the local Real Ale will return, and hopefully more stocked and ready  to go LOL,  as will the popular special deals on bottles of Prosecco! (PS, and for those already asking!! YES! the Soul Lounge (Terrace) bar and the College Suite Bar has Guinness on tap.

Easy access from M40, junction 7 if travelling from London or East/South East Via M25 , and junction 8A if travelling from the North, Midlands, South/South West, Wales etc, this continues to be A SOULfisticated event for those with fine tuned ears! EARLY BOOKINGS NOW RECOMMENDEDWe have managed to Negotiate Accommodation packages exactly the same as 2026,  which we think you will like!! For Fri/Sat. Room rates of £124 DBB per night single (NB We have a limited quantity of singles available so PLEASE GET IN QUICK IF YOU CANT/DONT WANT TO SHARE), £156 DBB per night Double or Twin, & NEW THIS TIME £239 per night for a Triple (Three Bed) package if traveling as a group for the Friday and Saturday Evening. All are Staged Pre-payable, non-transferrable, non-refundable . There are no uplifts for Views/type of rooms they will be allocated on a first come first requested basis, but due to shape size of the hotel walking/crawling back distances will be lower for all!!Also please note the hotel have kindly agreed the following payment terms, 50% of cost will be taken on booking, & the 2nd 50% in November, BUT only assuming you book within 90 days of our release date.
