SO FINALLY HERES THAT INFO YOU’VE BEEN WAITING FOR!!, CPSW7 24^th to 26^th FEB 2023 We go live for bookings from 10am Friday 6^th May. A Jazz, Funk and Soul Weekender held in the luxurious Cotswold Water Park Hotel set in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside. Following the brilliant CPSW6 we can confirm Exclusive use of the whole hotel for number SEVEN! and can provide the full luxury weekend experience once again for nearly 600 people. Soul, Funk and Jazz in 3 rooms, plus the Hotel Reception Main bar on both Friday afternoon and from 5pm to 9pm Sunday evening, plus of course our Fine Dining Eclectic Musical Selections in the The Brasserie and Marquee whilst we dine on Friday and Saturday evenings.

We have contractual agreements with some amazing artists, BUT, have decided to give you, the people who have supported us previously, the opportunity to rebook prior to announcing these to everyone. We believe an influx of newbees will be attracted by these brilliant acts.

Once again the hotel will be offering 10% discount on House Spirits, Soft drinks, House Wine and Draught Beer and Lager in the event bars. And Yes the Real Ale will return, as will greater quantities of Guinness!!

With Easy access from M4, junction 15, and M5 junction 11 this continues to be A SOULfisticated event for those with fine tuned ears! EARLY BOOKINGS NOW RECOMMENDED

You MUST book your room first and then go to the ticket tailor link to book tickets. The hotel will allocate on a 'first come first serve' basis, with accommodation nearest the venues allocated first, then working outwards afterwards.

Long time attendees will be aware there have been no Accommodation increase in 4 years, and all of us will also be aware of the pressure on food, energy, staff costs etc over recent months. Room rates are £105 DBB per night single, £162 DBB per night Double or Twin. There are no early bird rooms this year, sorry but out of our hands, however please remember the earlier you book the nearer you will be to the venues

For those who wish to stay over on the Sunday evening your room can be booked for £120 BB (this rate is once again applicable for single or twin/double occupancy) when you book for the weekend. This allows you to stay and enjoy the Finale (CPSW style!) and the Sweet Soul Session, and have a drink or three! and wind down in the main bar in the evening with what this year was a wonderful, happy, smiling, chilled, group of likeminded soulful friends!!

We had hoped to help with our costs and increase the wristband rates a little this year. As you know Andy and myself have never been in this to make money, but to just try and create great memories for all. We genuinely don’t think its fair on you, our friends and loyal event supporters to incur any further additional cost to attend. We have therefore INCREASED the number of Early Bird Wristbands to 200 @ whilst HOLDING the price at £80, they will then remain at £90 until the end of Aug 22 when they will rise to £95 (this year’s rate). For those only staying one night - Friday ONLY pass £40, Saturday ONLY pass £60 (all passes include attendance for the Sunday 11am to 9pm sessions.)

NB As in previous years Day Passes will only become available once we have a 75% hotel occupancy
