The Country Club: Fire, Flow + Feast

Fire, Flow + Feast

A slow winter morning of yoga, wood-fired sauna, cold water and good food - designed as a little escape from the Christmas social chaos.

December is often BUSY! Plans, parties, shopping, catch-ups, end-of-year everything so fire, flow and feast is the opposite of that. A calm morning at Scenic Sauna where you can switch off, move your body, warm up properly and spend a few hours doing something that feels good without needing to dress up, rush around or be anywhere else.

We’ll start with an hour of yoga with Beks, easing into the morning with a relaxed flow suitable for all levels. Nothing too intense - just a chance to stretch, move and properly settle in.

From there, we’ll head to the wood-fired sauna and cold dip. Warm up, cool down, dip if you fancy it, then head straight back into the heat. There’s no pressure to brave the cold and no right way to do it - take it at your own pace.

Once everyone is suitably warm, rosy-cheeked and relaxed we'll have lunch together - the perfect chance to refuel, chat and properly catch up with the rest of the group.. maybe even a festive game or two?!

What To Expect

Fire, Flow + Feast is your excuse to step out of the December rush for a few hours. Gentle movement, sauna heat, fresh air, good food and time to properly switch off before heading back into Christmas mode.

You absolutely do not need to come with someone. Some people book with friends, plenty come alone, and most people won’t know the majority of the group when they arrive.

Everything is designed to feel relaxed and welcoming - yoga is suitable for all levels, the cold dip is completely optional, and you can take the sauna session at your own pace.

Your Ticket Includes

• One-hour yoga class with Beks
• Wood-fired sauna session
• Optional cold dip
• Relaxed lunch together
• Plenty of time to relax, chat and connect with the group

Come for a slower start to your weekend, escape the Christmas chaos for a few hours, and leave feeling warm, reset and very pleased with your wholesome little December morning.
