CBP Summer Dinner Party — Confluence Spirits, Arvada
At The Curated Barrel Project, we're not just pouring whiskey — we're creating the table worth drinking it at.
Each dinner is an intimate, three-course experience built around great food, great whiskey, and the kind of room full of people who don't know each other yet — but probably should.
"Elevated, a little unexpected, and built to create the kind of nights people talk about long after the last pour."
The evening closes with a private whiskey tasting led by Jake Norris — one of the pioneers of Colorado's craft distilling movement — featuring the very whiskey you'll have the chance to take home.

From canapés on arrival to The Control on the table — every detail is intentional.
Meet the chefs
Darren Chang & Travis Masar
Co-Chefs & Co-Owners, Pig and Tiger
Travis competed on Bravo's Top Chef Season 11, finishing in the top six and earning the nickname "Captain Vietnam." He's since led kitchens from Philadelphia to Los Angeles before coming home to Colorado to open Pig and Tiger. Darren grew up in LA, raised by Taiwanese immigrant parents — his grandmother's recipes are on the menu. He trained under Top Chef Colorado finalist Carrie Baird and James Beard honoree Kevin Grossi before joining Travis to build something entirely their own. Together, they bring over 25 years of combined experience and a cuisine rooted in Taiwan, shaped by the world.
Three courses. Drinks included. Family-style. And these two are leading the kitchen.
