CBP Fall Dinner Party — Confluence Spirits, Arvada
At The Curated Barrel Project, we're not just pouring whiskey — we're creating the table worth drinking it at.
Each dinner is an intimate, three-course family-style experience built around great food, great whiskey, and the kind of room full of people who don't know each other yet — but probably should.

"Elevated, a little unexpected, and built to create the kind of nights people talk about long after the last pour."
The evening closes with a private whiskey tasting led by Jake Norris — one of the pioneers of Colorado's craft distilling movement — featuring the very whiskey you'll have the chance to take home.

From canapés on arrival to The Control on the table — every detail is intentional.
Meet the Chef

A Colorado native, Fulton headed east after high school, training at multiple Relais & Châteaux restaurants, overseas in France, and at 3 Michelin-starred Daniel in New York City, eventually bringing his experience home. After years building his reputation at Margot — a tasting menu concept that ran as one of Denver’s most sought-after pop-ups for three years — he found a permanent home on South Pearl Street in 2025. Margot earned its Michelin star just three months after opening, one of the fastest coronations in Colorado dining history. Michelin praised his cooking as “both global and distinctly Coloradan.”
On October 29th, he’s cooking for you.
