Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is yogic sleep, and is recognized by researchers as one of the most effective yogic tools in dealing with stress, anxiety, depression and spiritual distress. It can be practiced by anyone. There is no need to move in this session. You will be guided through 30 minutes of body and breath awareness and visualization while in any comfortable position – on a bed or recliner. Held online on Zoom
Thursdays, January 15th to March 5th, 2026 from 8:00pm – 8:30 pm. You can join at any point in the program.
