About the Training

This comprehensive, modern, and soul-led Hypnobirthing Teacher Training is designed for doulas, birthkeepers, midwives, yoga teachers, bodyworkers, and perinatal professionals who want to teach hypnobirthing with depth, confidence, and integrity.

You’ll learn everything you need to run powerful, inclusive, and trauma-aware hypnobirthing classes that are grounded in physiology, neuroscience, evidence, intuition, and real-life birth experience.

By the end of this training, you will feel confident supporting families through every type of birth and empowered to offer classes that truly make a difference.

A deep, embodied, practical learning experience with live demonstrations, partner work, teaching practice, discussion, and integration.

These sessions consolidate your learning and prepare you to begin teaching confidently.
