Change Clothes: Upcycling Workshop – Hand Sewing Edition 
Got a piece of clothing that needs a new lease of life? Come along to our one-hour upcycling workshop where we’ll show you how to transform old or unloved garments using simple hand sewing techniques – no machines needed!
What to Expect:
In this relaxed and creative session, you’ll learn a few basic upcycling tricks that can help you:
Patch up holes or tears
Add visible mending or creative stitches
Customise your clothes with embellishments
Whether you're new to sewing or just looking for inspiration, this is a fun and friendly way to dip your toe into sustainable fashion.
What to Bring:
- One item of clothing you'd like to repair, alter or customise
- Any old buttons, patches or scraps you might want to use (optional – we’ll also have some bits to share!)
- No sewing experience needed – we’ve got you covered.
What You’ll Get Out of It:
- A refreshed or reimagined garment to take home
- New skills you can use again and again
- Confidence in hand sewing and visible mending
- A chance to connect with others and have fun while helping the planet
