About Sadie:
I’m a Grief Educator and Coach, and I use holistic practices to support people navigating deep loss. I came to EFT and grief work during one of the hardest chapters of my life, when my husband Chris was diagnosed with stage four cancer in 2020, in the midst of a national pandemic.
As a family, we shielded for 3.5 years. I was caring for everyone else and searching for something to help me hold it all. EFT became a lifeline, helping me regulate my nervous system and stay steady through the uncertainty.
When Chris died in 2023, I retired just a month later from a 28-year career in the Police. I knew then I was being called to walk beside others through their grief.
Grief brings so many emotions, and there’s so little support to help move those feelings through the body. I now integrate EFT, along with other tools, to support clients in carrying their grief — not by ‘fixing’ it, but by making space to live more fully while grieving deeply.
