Christmas Celebration

The Elizabethan Singers are delighted to be returning to the lovely St James' Church, Spilsby for their Christmas concert Christmas Celebration.  It will be all the more special as we are to be joined by harpist Eira Lynn Jones who regularly plays with the Hallé, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Opera North and the BBC Philharmonic.  Eira will be accompanying the choir as well as performing solo pieces.

The main work in the programme is Benjamin Britten's beautiful A Ceremony of Carols, along with an exciting range of other festive pieces.

Refreshments will be served by members of the St James' Church community.

Admission is free, but we invite you to make a voluntary contribution for church and choir funds and to cover costs.  This may be done at the time of booking or at the concert.  Seats are not numbered but as audience capacity is limited to 200 we recommend that you reserve your places to avoid disappointment.  We look forward to seeing you at what promises to be a magical evening of Christmas music.
