Therapist'fest' is a unique outdoor retreat tailored specifically for therapists, counsellors, trainee's and mental health professionals seeking to recharge, replenish, and revitalise their mind, body, and spirit.

About Therapist' fest': We are offering  a refreshing break from the demands of daily practice, providing therapists and those working within mental health with an opportunity to unwind, reflect, and engage in meaningful self-care practices. Amidst the tranquil beauty of nature, participants will have the chance to connect with like-minded professionals, share experiences, and gain new insights into their work and personal growth journey.

Immerse yourself in the great outdoors, surrounded by the serenity of nature and the comforting presence of animals, offers unparalleled opportunities for connection and personal growth. Goxhill Meadows are passionate about fostering  meaningful connections between individuals and the natural world, creating a nurturing environment where we can experience the transformative power of nature and animal companionship. With a diverse array of animal residents, including horses, ponies, alpacas, dogs, goats, chickens, and even a feral cat, provide companionship, empathy, and unwavering support to all who visit.

The Day: Throughout the day there will be an opportunity to engage in different sessions, spend time with the animals in facilitator led sessions, explore how animals help humans, experience mindful movement and breathwork, meditation, a sound bath, reflective time, and nature walks to promote physical wellness and connection with the natural world. 

Lunch will be included. Please let us know of any dietary requirements.

Goxhill Meadows has its very own glamping site and can offer anyone in the group 20% discount on glamping pods if they wanted to make a weekend of this with friends or family and stay Friday and Saturday nights. There are 3 pods, each sleeping up to 5 (4 adults comfortably – 2 double beds in them) plus 5th bed is a bench. 

Cost: £184 per pod for 2 night stay (minimum) this includes a 20% discount.
