Systemic Constellations
Have you ever wondered about the bigger picture of your life story?
Including your very existence, and where you fit into different systems e.g., your family system… and beyond?
This introduction to Systemic Constellations offers an invitation for us to be curious with experiential learning, through the lens of systemic constellations core concepts, theories, and practises.
Bert Hellinger, the founder of Systemic Constellations Therapy focused his practice through the lens of curiosity, love, and spirituality.
“The criterion for what is good is based on whether it relieves someone, brings joy, or soothes a distress”. Bert Hellinger.
This way of attuning with people allowed exploration, and the natural unfolding in Systemic Constellation practice because it is a spiritual, phenomenological/somatic based therapy. This will influence our learnings together. Connecting with curiosity, love, and spiritual considerations, to attend to intergenerationally held, problems, difficulties, and traumas.
We will have opportunities to constellate live, with support, problems you may be facing for yourself and/or your practice and, like all practices we learn in psychotherapy, this too will no doubt influence your own personal development. Alongside your professional developments in psychotherapy and self-supervision.
With curiosity, love, and spirituality as our intention, we naturally invite an open-hearted way of being together. Togetherness meaning how we approach; ourselves, others, and the world/environment on this learning journey.
