Welcome to the Humber Counselling and Psychotherapy Conference 2025. This is our third conference, following from the success of our events in 2022 and 2023. We are delighted to have again, arranged an amazing line-up of speakers and presenters.

The conference is ideal for students and practitioners from a range of counselling and psychotherapy disciplines. The conference is integrative and inclusive and we welcome delegates from all models and experiences. Mental health professionals from a variety of backgrounds will benefit form this rich experience.

Our theme for 2025 is 'Context, Community and Connections’.

Our Keynote Speaker Karen Minikin, invites you to explore the roots of social and psychological distress and invites participants to consider pathways to health. Linking ideas from sociology, psychoanalysis and humanistic philosophies, from her own writing, inspired by authors such as Erich Fromm, (1955), she poses the question: Who is Sick? Individuals or Society? She will invite us to reflect on our current and historical contexts to explore how we navigate our ways to health.

Price – £95 (inc vat) - The price includes the full day, lunch, refreshments, and a conference pack.

We have a full day of workshops from a range of professionals within the field psychotherapy and counselling. We are incredibly excited by our line up of speakers and presenters, including Andy Williams, Adam McGowan, Joanna Groves, Ian Tomlinson, Rory Lees-Oakes and Isa Delannoy.
