Attending to our growing edges –a psychodrama workshop
“Play energizes us and enlivens us. It eases our burdens. It renews our natural sense of optimism and opens us up to new possibilities”. Stuart Brown, MD
Experiencing psychodrama can be an intense and enjoyable opportunity and a chance to look at ourselves with fresh eyes.
The focus of this workshop will be on be on cultivating the new and emerging growth in ourselves and in our clients. We will also explore what might hold us back from them. We will consider how we can respond to and trust these movements toward growth and work with them in creative and respectful ways.
**ECPT students will be able to count 50 % of workshop hours towards therapy hours if working towards qualification.**
