This course runs for three days across the academic year: Wed 24 Feb 2027, Fri 23 Apr 2027, Fri 25 Jun 2027. 9:30am-3pm

Designed for SENCOs, inclusion leads, middle or senior leaders, this programme focuses on the strategic leadership of inclusion across a mainstream setting. Participants explore how to develop inclusive systems, strengthen staff practice, lead cultural change and embed sustainable approaches that improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND. Through practical tools, strategic insight and collaborative learning, leaders build the capacity to drive meaningful, lasting improvement and foster a culture where every learner belongs.
