T.E.A, Business & Finance Glasshouse - A Live Online Work-Space - Where Focus Meets Gentle Support

Many of us know the weight of working alone - unanswered questions, spiralling to-do lists, or the simple pull of distraction. What’s often missing isn’t motivation, but a shared rhythm and a place to feel accompanied.

The Glasshouse was created as that place. It is a live, online work-space circle that blends three gentle elements:

• Questions and Answers
  A space to bring what’s pressing, whether practical or reflective, and explore it in conversation.
• Working Together
  Quiet, spacious intervals of co-working where each person tends to their own projects, held by the presence of the group.
• Accountability
  Not pressure, but the simple encouragement that comes from setting an intention and showing up for ourselves and our business.

We meet on Mondays, 2:30–5:30pm UK time, holding a steady rhythm at the start of the week. Sessions weave together arrival, questions, intention, focused work intervals, gentle pauses, and shared reflection.

No recordings are made; the Glasshouse exists only in the live moment we share.

This is not about doing more or working harder. It’s about creating a container where focus feels lighter, questions have a place to land, and you don’t have to walk the path alone.
