Each day of the retreat is also offered as its own sanctuary - a standalone day retreat with lunch included. Choose the day that is calling you.

🌿 Day 1 - TEA & the Craft - £111 Friday 5 June | For breathwork practitioners and trainees Arrive at 11am, activities will end around 6pm Includes lunch.

We begin with the craft itself - the art and skill of holding sacred space for another person's story. A day for deepening your practice, for honest questions, and for exploring how story becomes a living thread inside a breathwork journey. The kind of learning that doesn't stay in the head but settles somewhere quieter.

🌿 Day 2 - TEA & Business - £111 Saturday 6 June | For breathwork practitioners and trainees Arrive at 10am, activities will end around 5pm Includes lunch.

We turn toward the work we are building. A day to explore how the story we tell about our practice shapes everything - how we show up, how we offer, how we sustain ourselves. We weave together astrological insight, and the honest conversation of practitioners who are building something from the inside out. Because a business rooted in something true grows differently than one built on urgency.

🌿 Day 3 - TEA & Tending - £111 Sunday 7 June | Open to all Arrive at 10am, activities will end around 5pm Includes lunch.

This day belongs to everyone. A full day of breathwork, rest, and gentle tending - where your own story is honoured without needing to be fixed or changed. For practitioners, teachers, caregivers, and anyone who has been holding others for a long time and is ready to be held for a while.
