The Days
Day 1 - TEA & the Craft For breathwork practitioners and trainees
We begin with the craft - the art of holding sacred space, of listening deeply, of facilitating with skill and with care. The wild air of Donegal has a way of stripping back what isn't needed and leaving only what is true. A day for deepening, for practice, and for the honest questions that sharpen the work.
Day 2 - TEA & Business For breathwork practitioners and trainees
We turn toward the work we are building - how we offer it, how we sustain it, how we tell its story to the people who need it most. Celtic wisdom, astrological insight, and the grounding presence of this ancient land weave together into a day for those who want their work to endure.
Day 3 - TEA & Tending Open to all
This day belongs to everyone. Whether you are a breathwork practitioner or simply curious about the breath - especially if you are looking for a gentler, more sustainable way. It's for you if you are a busy teacher, if you're in business, or if you've spent years tending others and quietly lost the thread back to yourself. A full day of breathwork, rest, and gentle tending on ground that has been holding people at their thresholds for a very long time.
