🌿 THE DEEPER EXHALE Celtic Tree Wisdom Breathwork - Monthly Session

There is a kind of knowing that lives below the noise. Not an answer to be found, but something older, a thread that was always there, waiting for the moment you paused long enough to feel it.

The Deeper Exhale is a monthly breathwork series that moves through our Celtic Tree Calendar, drawing on the wisdom, medicine, and seasonal energy of each tree in turn. Each session opens with a meditation to meet and receive the tree being worked with. Seasonal teaching threads the tree's wisdom through the body. Guided Conscious Breathwork follows as the central practice. three hours in all, held in the spirit of invitation. Integration, journaling, and a sacred sharing circle close the space.

Sessions are facilitated jointly by Sharyn with a Why and Marie Doherty. Two voices, two gifts, one held space. Neither rushes. Nothing is required.

No prior breathwork experience is needed. No knowledge of the Celtic tree traditions is assumed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

THIS MONTH: HAWTHORN - THE THORN AND THE BLOSSOM

The Hawthorn stands at the edge.

She does not grow in the open field or the tended garden. Instead she finds the boundary places, the old crossroads, the rim of the fairy fort, the bend in the lane where the ordinary world grows thin. She is the sceach gheal, the white thorn and she has been standing at thresholds since before we had language for what she guards.

This month, we breathe with the Hawthorn and her teaching: that the heart knows before the mind catches up, that protection and opening are the same act, and that what stops you on the path, the thing that says not yet, the thing that slows your feet before any reason arrives, may be the most trustworthy thing in you of all.

Sessions run monthly on the second Sunday, 6:00pm to 9:00pm UK and Ireland time, online via Zoom.

Standalone ticket: £37 - includes the live session and recording access for 14 days.
