Why You Can't Tend What You Can't See - An Introduction to Léarscáil

Ní féidir leat rud a leigheas mura bhfeiceann tú é. You cannot tend what you cannot see.

Before you can tend yourself - really tend yourself - you need to see yourself clearly.

Not the version that keeps going, keeps holding, keeps showing up. The one underneath. The one that's tired in ways that sleep doesn't fix.

Léarscáil means map in Irish. This work doesn't offer a fix or a programme of improvement - it offers a way of seeing where you actually are. What's full. What's depleted. What's been quietly asking for attention.

In this free 90-minute session, you'll get a real experience of the Léarscáil framework. We'll settle together, explore the Three Cauldrons - an ancient Irish map of body, heart, and spirit - walk through your own first self-walk, and close with breath and reflection.

For those who want to go deeper, Léarscáil continues as a six-week programme you can move through in your own time, or with live support - whichever suits where you are right now.

This is for you if you are a Breathwork Practitioner or simply curious about the breath, especially if you're looking for a gentler, more sustainable way. It's for you if you are a busy teacher, if you're in business, or if you've spent years tending others and quietly lost the thread back to yourself.
