Anchoring the Exhale: Breathwork with Natural Astrology - Libra

Every month, the sky moves into a new season. And every month, the breath moves with it.

Anchoring the Exhale is a two-hour online breathwork journey held on the fourth Friday of each month. Each session is shaped by the current astrological season - its element, its quality, its particular invitation - woven through a sequence of guided breathwork facilitated by Sharyn with a Why and Marie Doherty of The Exhale Awakening.

The session opens with elemental invitations before moving through Elements Breathwork, Conscious Connected Breath, and Coherence, with birdsong and silence woven between each. Sessions close with Way-Weaving and a sharing circle.

Two hours. Unhurried throughout.

No experience of astrology is needed. No prior breathwork practice is required. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Libra - The Breath of the Equal Exchange

Libra is the season of the breath made into relationship, the exact, quiet hinge where an inhale becomes an exhale, so close and constant you'd miss it if you weren't paying attention. In every wolf pack there is one who leads through attunement rather than dominance, reading the tension building between the others long before it becomes a fight, moving until the pack settles again around it. And further out, past the last of the light, albatross pairs are already crossing thousands of miles of open ocean alone, each one whole enough to survive the crossing without the other, and still choosing, again, to come home to the same stretch of cliff. The exchange doesn't need to be calculated to be true. It simply keeps happening, breath after breath, without either side disappearing into the other.

In this session, we breathe with the part of us that learned to read a room before it ever learned to read itself - the one who senses what everyone else needs and quietly becomes it, before being asked. If your own feelings have gone a little unlived while you tended everyone else's, if the peace you keep for others has started to cost you your own voice of if something in you is tired not of the closeness itself but of how much of yourself you've had to soften to keep it then this breath is for you.
