Workshop: Conflict and Disagreement in the Workplace
Tue 16 Sep 2025 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM AEST
Online, Zoom
Description
In most workplaces, conflict is perceived as a problem to be avoided if possible and quelled as soon as it arises. Yet bestselling business author Patrick Lencioni describes fear of conflict as dysfunctional.
This workshop invites participants to think about conflict as a common and sometimes productive process in emotional systems. We’ll cover:
- Widening the lens to see the broader relationship system beyond the obvious combatants
- Observing emotional process as well as engaging content
- Thinking as much about your presence as you do about the techniques you use
