The Texas Indie OysterFest (TIOF) is an event to celebrate Texas Oyster Farmers and the Chefs who support them. A fun day celebrating all things Texas oysters. With general farming info, shucking demonstrations, tasting education, an entertaining shucking competition, and perfect half shell shucks from 6 Texas Oyster farms. We will also have chef dressed & grilled oysters from many of your favorite chefs. A great opportunity to meet the farmers and interact with the talented Texas chefs.

TICKET INFO:

General Admission - $10 

Tier 1 - $30 (GA + $25 oyster tickets) - Save $5!

Tier 2 - $50 (GA + $50 oyster tickets) - Save $10!

VIP - $100 (GA + $75 oyster tickets + 2 drink tickets + valet parking) - Save $30!

Oyster tickets will be sold for $25 for a dozen half shell, and $25 for 1/2 dozen chef dressed.
