BowiElvis Fest is a music and art-fueled party thrown by Splice Records and Saint Arnold Brewery produced in both Houston and Austin. The festival is our best attempt at honoring the shared birthdays of rock legends David Bowie and Elvis Presley, two of the most loved and influential artists of the previous century. True characters and legends of rock n’ roll. 

The music goes all night featuring multiple local and regional up-and-coming bands from the surrounding areas. We love showcasing local talent from Texas that want to honor the two icons by mixing their sets with cover songs from both artists along with their original tunes. 

We bring a local chef to prepare the two artists' favorite sandwiches which are made live and in person and served to help soak up the good time to keep the party going. 

From “Guitar Man” to “Starman” and all the golden years in between, this year’s event will be more fun than you can shake a hip at. 

Dress up in your best Bowie and/or Elvis garb and rejoice in the musical and cultural influences of these legendary artists!

Come be a part of an event that brings all the generations together for one night in preserving rock n' rolls' past while embracing its future.
