Birthday party - Available to book

Basic Party package includes admission for 25 people age 2+(children under 2 are welcome but are not included in the total), and a reserved birthday area from 12:00-2:00 with 3 picnic tables, plus two tables for food and a table for gifts (additional tables and chairs if the RSVP increases over 25), a trash can, liner and removal.  Additional guests can be added for $10 per guest.   $150 deposit to hold the date with the $225 balance and updated RSVP is due on August 9th.  We can select a rain date. In the event both dates get rained out we do issue a full refund (minus the online fees).  You may arrive at the farm at 10:00 that day however the party space will not be available until 12:00 to set up. Please be sure to have the party wrapped up and cleaned up by 2:30 when the farm closes.  

STANDARD BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE:
 Reserved Party Area with tables and chairs or picnic tables
 2 Hours in the party area
 Access to the farm and public open play for the daily hours of operation for all guests
 Children under the age of 2 are complimentary
 Access to the playground
 Guided interaction and treats for all farm animals
 Trash can, liners and trash removal

A few farm keeping items:
All guests must check in at the front desk with the farm to sign a waiver and adults receive an arm band.
No smoking on the premises or in the parking lot.
Outside food and drink are permitted. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages or fireworks.
No dogs at the farm for their safety and the safety of our animals.
The safety of our guests and of our animals are a top concern for us. Please follow the instructions of the farm guides. Due to this, please do not have noise makers, whistles, glitter or small items that an animal could ingest after you leave the party area.
Please instruct guests to stay away from the stream.
Even though you have a private party area, parents are asked to remain with their children when the children are visiting the playground and animals.
No climbing on fences. Please do not enter the chicken coop or laying area.
Please keep all doors and gates that are closed, closed.
A signed waiver is required for all in attendance. If you have children attending with someone other than a parent or legal guardian, please ask the parent to sign a waiver in advance for their child.
