Come join us and expand your creativity and skills in a magical setting in the heart of the Midlands

This unique and innovative workshop is for both photographers as well as for creatives interested in floristry and styling

(From amateur with limited knowledge to semi-professionals and pros)

For individual creatives who want to create content and tell a story for personal and professional social media accounts along with building website and portfolio content without the huge expense of organising your own styled shoots.

DAY ONE - Induction, Practice and Feedback

Go over some basics of photography, how to compose and frame a shot

Thinking outside the box

Creating eye catching content for your social, portfolio or website

Story telling with your camera

Still life documentary photography, photographing details with added interest, focussing on using natural light.

Feedback with our photographer with the opportunity to develop and improve and work on things you might find tricky ahead of the styled shoot.

DAY TWO - Big Shoot Day

Morning:

Behind the scenes

Shoots that will include, observing and documenting model in hair and make up, documenting creating accessories and florals for the shots

Shooting the scenes and details without the model.

Floral workshop elements will include harvesting fresh farm grown flowers from our flower fields, then how you would put a styling concept together, learning hands on practical and organisational skills to compliment your creativity. This will include sketching concepts, honing and learning new floristry skills, large scale set building as well as personal flowers and accessories for our fairy model

Get involved in all elements of creating the two sets from the mechanics used for larger displays to the floral elements. Working as a

team we will build the backdrops and use props to fabricate a whimsical wonderland for our fairy. We will talk everyone through the

process from conception to completion. We will show you how to build a mood board on Pinterest and use that to communicate the ideas

to all of the creatives involved on a styled shoot.

We will give advice on what and why we are using certain flowers and how certain elements make an artistic scene.

Not for the faint hearted these shoots require many hands and a practical can do attitude. Its an amazing opportunity to work alongside

talented creatives and learn new skills and have some amazing content for your own social media and websites.

Choose photography or floristry and styling, or possibly a bit of both.

All props, sets, styling, garments, accessories, florals, along with a model, make up and hair artistry are included

Expert advice , direction, feedback and tips from our 3 creative practitioners.

Grazing table deli lunch on both days
