About Our Cold Plunge Challenge:
We are excited to be running our NINTH Cold Plunge Challenge **starting on October 14th.** This challenge will run for 10 weeks and will be a great opportunity for those seeking some accountability and incentive in making cold exposure a part of your weekly routine
The last plunge of this challenge will be on December 16th.
Each week, we start with 3 rounds of breathwork, then we plunge in the ocean, followed by some guided Qigong movements.
Our facilitators for this cohort will include Michael, Alejandro and Kiem.
We want to bring a meditative aspect to this event and so we ask that during the plunge itself, you remain silent so that everyone can have space to feel into the sensations brought about by the cold.
Prizes
For those that are able to attend at least 9 of our 10 weekly plunges, you will win prizes from our sponsors including…
- A group celebration with The Finnish Sauna and Tality Kitsilano at their Jericho Beach Location
- A free ticket to a Flying Sage Event
- A sample pack of kanna from Kanna Garden
- A $10 gift card for IndiArts Collective

Location
7:30am sharp at Kitsilano Beach in front of the Boathouse restaurant. If it’s raining, we’ll likely be closer to the building.
