Trees are fantastic - they clean the air, improve the soil, provide food, sustain life. And, each species has its own fabulous uses, stories, life cycle and partnerships.

​Discover just how tremendous trees really are at the beautiful Cerney House Gardens , near Cirencester.

On this walk, you will learn about the identification, folklore, uses, history, and importance to wildlife of a selection of tree species. You will be amazed how much there is to discover about these important organisms..

​The educational walk will include:

• the basics of identifying tree species
• botanical and biological information
• edible, medicinal and other uses
• tree folklore
• fascinating facts

Participants must be aged 18 or over - sorry, no children under 18 or babes in arms on this course.

Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted on the course.
