The Forever Chorus and Pamela Hart with Mo Kenney and guests

A contemporary choral night for all those that want their cheeks to ache, their hearts to swell and their eyes to glisten as the sun sets on a spring saturday evening on the South Shore. 

The Forever Chorus is larger than ever with almost 90 singers this season!  With one chorus in Kjipuktuk and one in the South Shore, we'll come together on the 24th to curl our voices in harmony, in dissonance, in grief and in joy.  

To wrap up our performance guest *star* Mo Kenney, along with local musicians Bianca Palmer, Rebecca Zolkower and Rachael Schwartz will join us to perform two of Mo's songs from their latest album From Nowhere, including the title track and queer break-up folk-pop ballad Evening Dream.

We have come together every week this season, amongst so much grief,  to soothe our spirits and build capacity to resist in all the complexity of what that can be.  We hope this show will be a salve to your own hearts! 

There will be a concession stand on site selling non-alcoholic drinks, little snacks and merch!

A donation will be made from our ticket profits, alongside your donations, to a Palestine food and water volunteer organisation: Ele elna elak, and to the Mi'kmaw Native Friendship Centre in Kjipuktuk, Mi'kma'ki.

The Lunenburg Community Centre is wheelchair accessible and will have gender neutral washrooms.
