This workshop is included for all Foundry members. We LOVE to welcome guests who can come along to two workshops PAYG before becoming a member.

Every founder spends time building their business.

Very few spend time intentionally building themselves as the leader their business now requires.

The businesses that thrive aren't necessarily run by the smartest founders. They're led by founders who know how to stay clear under pressure, make better decisions, bring others with them and adapt as their business grows.

In this session we'll introduce the practical leadership framework we've used with business leaders, executives and organisations operating in complex environments and explore how it applies just as powerfully to female founders, leaders and those forging their own path. 

By the end of the session attendees will:

• Understand why business growth often stalls because leadership hasn't evolved
• Identify which of the four leadership capabilities is currently holding them back
• Learn a practical framework for making better decisions under pressure
• Leave with one immediate action to improve their effectiveness as a founder this month
• Get a preview of the framework that underpins The Foundry Programme launching in October
